• A HCI consultant will look where possible to attend the client site to go through a very detailed job specification, where we will consult with the client on market dynamics, demand and any potential issues with the specification. We will agree time lines, deliverables and interview times.
  
  
• A HCI consultant will conduct 1st stage screening interviews with all potential candidates including face to face interview where possible.
  
  
• Interviews are arrange and managed onsite by a HCI consultant where possible
  
  
• Final interviews,  clients and candidates expectation are managed by a HCI consultant
  
  
• HCI will manage the offer and placement process
  
  
• HCI will conduct a review and ensure a long term relationship with the client.
